What we do
We represent tenants in any dispute with a landlord, throughout California. Never landlords. If your landlord is the problem, it is our case.

§ 1941.1
California Civil Code
The warranty of habitability. Your home has to be livable. Sets out the basic conditions a landlord is required to maintain.
What that includes
Most of our work falls into a handful of situations. It is not a closed list. If your landlord is the problem, start with a call.
No-fault notices, cash-for-keys offers, and pressure to leave. Know what you are owed before you sign or move out.
Illegal lockouts. Lost services. Privacy violations. Retaliation. Deposit games. If a landlord is doing it to you, it is probably something we handle. Call and we will tell you for certain, at no cost.
“We only represent tenants. Never landlords, never management companies, never owners. One side of every case, all the way through.”
Not sure if it is something we handle?
Call. If your landlord is the problem, it is probably our case, and we will tell you for certain on the first call, at no cost.
